Henchmen Skills as of Ember Light Camp
Couldn't find a list after a forum search, or any resources on it, so to the best of my knowledge, the skills henchmen have are as follows;
Little Thom-
Charge {E}
Wild Blow
Swift Chop
Executioner's Strike (?)
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet
Devona-
Charge {E}
Irresistable Blow
Counter Blow
Mighty Blow
Healing Signet
Resurrection Signet
Dunham-
Crippling Anguish {E}
Empathy
Drain Enchantment
Distortion
Shatter Hex (?)
Resurrection Signet
Eve-
Blood Ritual
Deathly Swarm
Vampiric Gaze
Shadow Strike
Grenth's Balance {E}
Resurrection Signet
Cynn-
Mind Burn {E}
Incendiary Bonds
Fire Ball
Fire Storm
Fire Attunement
Aura of Restoration
Resurrection Signet
Mhenlo-
Word of Healing {E}
Orison of Healing
Healing Touch
Healing Breeze
Restore Life
Lina-
Shield of Regeneration {E}
Reversal of Fortune
Protective Spirit
Aegis
Restore Life
Aidan-
Kindle Arrows
Power Shot
Dual Shot
Troll Unguent
Practiced Stance {E}
Resurrection Signet
If Eve and Aidan have an elite skill, I have yet to actually see it.
If anyone has any corrections or additions, you're welcome to provide them.
[Updated]
As for the ?'s-
I've never seen Little Thom use Executioner's Strike personally, but it does make sense, and there's probably a reasonable explanation behind it; He likes Wild Blow, and probably can't build up a sufficient amount of adrenaline.
Sprint is lost for Charge in the future. With it, he matches Devona in skill numbers, so since it looks good, I'll take the guide's word for it.
I've never seen Dunham use Shattered Hex. I'll take the word of the Prima Guide for it though.

All the non-monk Henchmen have Ressurection Signet..? They really need to improve the Henchmen AI, since I haven't seen anyone except Little Thom use it before..

You've probably not seen it since the henches are very conservative with it. They tend not to use Ressurection Signet if any living member of the party has a reusable spell ressurect. Also, in order to further conserve the signets, they always resurrect a player or henchman with a resuable rez spell first so that if a party is coming back from a near-wipe only one signet max will get used up.
Of course, that means that if someone needs to be rezzed mid-battle, instead of using up one of those precious signets, Mhenlo or Lina will attempt a rez.

They only use it if no other living team member has an infinitely usable resurrect, and they always target the Monk henchmen first before all other team members, which produces a person with an infinitely usable resurrect, so then nobody else will use it until the monk dies again.
Edit: You beat me!
Ah well.

I have seen Claude use Grenth's Balance before in at least one mission, but haven't seen Eve use any elites, yet.

To find out their elites, I used Arcane Mimicry on each of the them. Aidan uses Practiced Stance.
I didn't check on Eve because I assumed she used Grenth's Balance like Claude.

I may be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that Dunham no longer has Imagined Burden as of Ember Light Camp. I think he gets it replaced with Crippling Anguish at that point. At least, his AI uses Crippling Anguish in place of Imagined Burden from that point forward.

The worst part about henchmen: their skill selections are the very definition of TOTALLY MORONIC, yet they do better (at least if you include time to build a decent team) then lots of PUGs.
I can confirm that the female archer henchman uses Practiced stance, since i used it to test my incendary arrow / practiced stance build (dont bother its junk).
